BAIBE · The Brandworks AI Brand Engine

A marketing system custom-built for one brand at a time. It learns your voice, your customer, and your positioning, then audits, plans, and produces your marketing every month. Your team just hits publish.

The honest part

Your marketing isn't behind because you lack taste.

It's behind because production never keeps up with strategy. You know what the brand should feel like. But the emails don't get written, the flows never get built, the content calendar dies by week three. And a branding agency alone averages $8,950 a month.

So the brand sits in the same place, quarter after quarter, while brands with worse products and better systems pull ahead.

That's the gap BAIBE closes. Not another tool you have to learn. A system that already learned you, and ships finished marketing every Friday.

Anne Reyes, founder of Brandworks Studios

Hey, I'm Anne.

Brand strategist & founder, Brandworks Studios
Built a marketing agency to seven figures 17 years of branding and marketing Amazon · Pier 1 · Dressbarn · Stein Mart · Linens 'n Things · Forevermark Diamonds · THE OUTNET
Why this exists

I spent six years building e-commerce brands the slow way. Then I trained an AI on exactly how I do it.

The work that actually moves a brand, positioning, flows, the right words in the right order, is rarely the work that fills a team's day. I watched beautiful brands stall for years because strategy lived in someone's head and production lived in someone's backlog.

So I trained an AI system on my own process: how I audit a brand, how I find the voice, how I sequence 90 days of marketing. BAIBE is that system, custom-built for one brand at a time, yours, with my eyes on every deliverable before you ever see it.

AI does the production. Taste does the approval. You get a marketing department for less than the cost of one hire.

The system

Three steps. No leap of faith.

i.
Step one · $2,500 USD

The Brand Audit

Six layers deep, delivered in seven business days, presented on a 60-minute call. Agencies charge five figures for brand work and take months:

  • Brand & positioning vs. your top 3 competitors
  • Website teardown: where buyers leak out, and why
  • Email program review: the flows you're missing and what they cost you
  • Organic social scorecard: pillars, platforms, hook quality
  • GEO snapshot: does ChatGPT recommend you, or your competitor?
  • Your 90-day roadmap, prioritized by revenue impact
Worst case: you never hire me, and you keep a roadmap you can run yourself.
ii.
Step two · 10 business days

The System Build

This is where BAIBE learns your brand, permanently:

  • Your Brand Brain: voice profile, customer personas, positioning map, offer architecture
  • Your revenue email flows, built, sequenced, ready to load (4 to 8 flows by tier)
  • Your 90-day plan, confirmed together on the roadmap call
  • Your first two weeks of content, delivered before day eight
Built once. Every deliverable after this sounds like you, because the system was trained on you.
iii.
Step three · Monthly

The Monthly System

A rhythm your brand can set its watch to:

  • Finished deliverables every Friday: copy, creative direction, calendars
  • A plain-English performance report by the 3rd
  • Flows tuned monthly against your numbers
Marketing that compounds, while everyone else is still drafting.
Six modules

Every touchpoint, planned and produced.

i.

Campaign Strategy

One campaign a quarter, built end to end. The brief every other part of your marketing executes from.

See what's inside
What you get
  • A quarterly campaign planned in full: theme, offer, channels, timing and the KPIs it is measured on
  • A campaign brief for every channel you bought, once per quarter, written so your team can execute without coming back for direction
  • A campaign calendar in your dashboard, updated monthly, showing what is live now and what is next
  • A messaging framework. Your core message, your proof points, and the language your brand does not use. Every other module works from this one document, which is what stops five channels telling five different stories
  • Audience and segment definition. Who the campaign is for, who gets which message, and who to leave out
  • Offer architecture. The offer, the discount depth, and the margin floor it cannot drop below. I recommend, you decide
  • A measurement plan with the baseline agreed before launch, so the results are not a debate afterward
  • A performance readout every month, not just at the end of the quarter
  • A quarterly strategy deep dive, on Full System
What is not included
  • Paid media buying, budget management, or access to your ad accounts
  • Ad copy. If Content & Asset Studio is one of your modules, the ad creative is included. The headlines and primary text your media buyer tests are not
  • Publishing and execution. I build it, your team ships it
  • Pricing, product and inventory decisions. Those stay yours
  • More than one campaign per quarter

How this differs from your 90-day roadmapThe roadmap tells you what to do. Campaign Strategy tells you exactly how, and hands your team the briefs to do it.

ii.

Email: Flows & Campaigns

Flows and campaigns, built and ready for your team to send.

See what's inside

Flows are about 5% of the emails an e-commerce brand sends and close to 41% of its email revenue (Klaviyo, 2026 benchmarks). Most brands run four of them badly and send campaigns whenever someone remembers. I fix both, every month.

Campaign emails, built and ready to send
  • Essentials4 campaigns a month
  • Growth6 campaigns a month
  • Full System8 campaigns a month

Every campaign includes the story angle, the email strategy, the copywriting, and finished designed creative. You approve next month's angles once, at the end of the current month. After that, campaigns arrive every Friday already built. No weekly back and forth.

Automated flows, delivered as Flow Blueprints

A Flow Blueprint is everything your team needs to build the flow and nothing they have to ask me for:

  • The flow logic diagram
  • Triggers and entry criteria, written in your platform's own language
  • Exit and suppression rules, so two flows never hit the same customer
  • The timing table, email by email
  • Conditional splits and what each branch receives
  • Copy for every email: subject line, preview text, body, call to action
  • Designed creative for every email
  • Segment definitions, exact
  • The success metric and what good looks like
  • A build checklist your developer signs off against
  • A 30-minute walkthrough with whoever is building it, at no charge
Eight flows, three stages
  • Recover · EssentialsWelcome · Abandoned Checkout · Abandoned Cart · Browse Abandonment
  • Retain · GrowthThe four above, plus Post-Purchase and Winback
  • Maximize · Full SystemThe six above, plus VIP and Back in Stock

Blueprints are paced to your team's build capacity, not dumped in one week. Highest-revenue flows ship first.

List health and deliverability
  • EssentialsCore segments defined at build and reviewed quarterly. A written list hygiene and sunset policy your team executes. Deliverability flagged in your monthly report if it degrades
  • GrowthSegmentation reviewed and refreshed monthly. Policy plus a monthly suppression list. Monthly check on bounce rate, spam complaint rate and unsubscribe rate
  • Full SystemMonthly refresh plus behavioral and predictive segments. Policy, monthly suppression list and engagement-tier rules. Monthly check plus inbox placement review and an authentication audit
Testing

One test is one question answered, then applied to everything that follows.

  • EssentialsSubject line. 1 question answered a month, applied to campaigns
  • GrowthSubject line, offer and call to action. 2 questions a month, applied to campaigns plus one flow
  • Full SystemSubject line, offer and call to action, creative and layout, send time, flow timing. 4 questions a month, applied to campaigns and flows

Twelve answered questions a year at Essentials. Forty-eight at Full System. Each one compounds.

Every month after the build
  • A monthly performance report: email revenue, share of total revenue, flow by flow
  • Flow optimization recommendations driven by that report
  • The test result, what it means, and what changes next month
  • Next month's campaign plan and angles
What is not included
  • Building and sending in Klaviyo or your ESP. You get everything ready to publish. Your team turns the key
  • Platform costs. Your ESP subscription and any third-party apps
  • SMS, push and direct mail
  • Landing pages your emails point to, unless Lead Generation is one of your modules
  • Legal and compliance approval, including CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR
iii.

Website Strategy

Your store, improved every month. Pages rewritten, laid out, and handed to your developer ready to build.

See what's inside
What you get
  • A monthly analysis of where visitors leave your store and why, built from your own analytics and session recordings rather than from opinion
  • Page Blueprints, one to three a month depending on your tier. Each one is a rewritten page, a live preview you can open on your phone, and a build spec your developer works from
  • A site messaging framework, so every page tells the same story. If Campaign Strategy is one of your modules, your site inherits that same messaging, which is what stops your store and your email sounding like two different brands
  • Basic on-page SEO for every page I write: title tag, meta description and H1. Getting your brand into AI search answers is the GEO module, not this one
  • A prioritized page queue, so you always know what is being worked on and what is next
  • A 30-minute walkthrough with whoever is building it, once a month, at no charge
  • A monthly readout showing what each page did before and after
How it is measured
  • Every page I write gets a baseline locked before anything changes, then a before and after number
  • Pages with enough traffic to read a result carry that number. Pages below that threshold ship and are reported as delivered, without a performance claim attached, because on a low-traffic page the difference between four orders and six is not a result, it is noise
  • I also report how many days it took from my handoff to your page going live, because that is the part I do not control
  • Your site-wide conversion rate is shown as context only. It moves with your traffic mix, your pricing and your promotions, and I am not going to take credit or blame for any of those
What is not included
  • Building, coding or deploying. I hand over the page and your developer builds it in your theme. I never touch your site
  • A full site redesign. This module improves the site you have. A rebuild is a separate project, starting at $6,500 for up to 6 pages
  • Landing pages and sales pages. Those come from the Lead Generation module
  • Technical work: page speed, structured data, accessibility fixes, theme code and app configuration
  • More pages than your tier includes. Additional pages are quoted separately

Built for teams with a developer or a Shopify partnerEverything ships ready to build. Somebody on your side puts it live.

iv.

Lead Generation

Turning the traffic you already have into email addresses.

See what's inside
What you get
  • One Capture Campaign every quarter, on every tier: the offer, the asset, the page it lives on, and the surfaces that ask for it. Built as one thing, because a capture page with no offer behind it captures nothing
  • Your lead magnet, finished. Pick the format that suits your product: a buying guide, a fit or size guide, a comparison chart, a first-order offer or gift with purchase, or an early-access list
  • The capture page itself, as a live preview you can open on your phone plus a build spec your developer works from. The same Page Blueprint the Website Strategy module uses
  • Your capture surfaces: popups, embedded forms and the rest. The offer, the copy, and the targeting and trigger rules, ready for your team to build. 1 surface on Essentials, 3 on Growth, 5 on Full System
  • A nurture brief handed straight to your email: who just joined your list, what they were promised, and what the first emails have to say. If Email: Flows & Campaigns is one of your modules, I write and design those emails there
  • A standalone landing or sales page each quarter, plus a monthly capture test queue, on Full System
How it is measured
  • New subscribers and list growth against the baseline I lock before anything changes
  • Conversion rate per capture page and per surface, so you can see which popup and which page is actually doing the work
  • Every subscriber tagged to the surface that captured them. Set up during your System Build, because this cannot be applied backwards
  • I do not report revenue per subscriber. What a lead turns out to be worth depends on your pricing, your product, your site and your customer service, and I am not going to take credit or blame for any of those
What is not included
  • Lists, cold email and outbound. I capture the traffic you already have. I do not build, buy, rent or scrape lists, and I do not run outreach or book appointments
  • Paid lead ads, ad spend and access to your ad accounts
  • Giveaways, sweepstakes, referral and affiliate programs
  • Building the popup, the form or the page inside your platform. It ships ready to build, your team turns the key
  • The nurture emails themselves, and quizzes, calculators, apps, webinars and video courses

This module grows the list. It does not go hunting.Every lead comes from traffic already arriving at your store, your campaigns and your pages.

v.

Content & Asset Studio

Finished assets, ready to publish. Statics, motion and AI video for every channel you sell on.

See what's inside

Every other module hands your team a plan to build from. This one hands them the finished file.

What you get
  • 20, 40 or 60 finished assets a month depending on your tier, delivered in four weekly Asset Drops so your team always has something to work with
  • One asset means one creative concept, sized for every placement your platforms need. You are counting ideas, not file exports
  • Statics, motion and AI video. Essentials 14 static, 4 animated, 2 video. Growth 26, 9 and 5. Full System 41, 13 and 6
  • Your platforms, picked from a set list: Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, Email and your website. One on Essentials, two on Growth, three on Full System
  • A monthly asset plan: what is being made, for which channel, and why, tied to your quarterly campaign. It is a production plan for your assets. It is not a content calendar, not a posting schedule, and not social media strategy. What to post and when is yours
  • Everything delivered to a shared folder you own, organized by month and by channel, downloadable and yours to keep forever
How it is made
  • Every asset is AI-generated. No designer, no editor, no manual retouching. That is what makes 60 finished assets a month possible at this price
  • Every asset is checked by me before it reaches you. AI is fast and it is also wrong sometimes, and nothing goes into your paid ads without a person looking at it first
  • Product assets are built from the product photography and campaign imagery you already have. AI cannot invent your actual product, so your library is what everything is made from
  • Video is AI-generated, up to 8 seconds, silent. I do not edit footage you supply
How it is measured
  • Assets shipped, on time, broken down by channel and by format
  • How many days from my delivery to your assets going live, because that part is yours
  • Where you give me your platform data, I report how each channel performed as context, and I use it to shape next month's plan. I do not claim it as a result. What an asset does depends on your budget, your audience, your placement and your ad copy, and I am not going to take credit or blame for any of those
What is not included
  • Copy of any kind. I make the creative, I do not write the words. Ad headlines, captions, hashtags, product descriptions and email copy come from you, or from the modules that write them
  • Social media management. No posting, no scheduling, no content calendar, no community management, no influencer work. This module makes the assets. You decide when they go out
  • Photography and video shoots. No product shoots, no models on set, no UGC sourcing, no studio time, no stock licensing
  • Voiceover, music, sound, and any video longer than 8 seconds
  • Brand identity, logo design and packaging
Two things worth knowing before you buy this one
  • Revisions work on the drop, not the file. Two revision rounds per weekly Asset Drop, not two per asset. On 60 assets a month, per-file revisions would be a full-time job for both of us
  • Your platform selection is set quarterly, at your roadmap refresh, so we are not re-templating every size every month

Built for brands with a product photography libraryEvery product asset starts from imagery you already own. If you do not have one, this module cannot do its job, and I would rather tell you that now than in month two.

vi.

GEO

Getting your brand into the answers AI gives your buyers.

See what's inside

Your customers are asking ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity which product to buy before they ever reach your store. This module makes sure your brand is what those answers are built from.

What you get
  • Your question set. The questions your buyers actually ask AI before buying in your category, researched and ranked by how close each one sits to a purchase. Refreshed every quarter
  • Answer Blueprints, two to six a month depending on your tier. One question, the answer written out ready to paste, the proof it has to carry to be worth quoting, exactly which page it belongs on, and the structured data that goes with it. Your team pastes it in
  • One asset means one question answered, with its schema and its placement. You are counting answers you now own, not files
  • Answer Articles, for the questions too big to answer in a block. One a quarter on Growth, one a month on Full System. These are single-question articles written to be quoted by an AI. They are not a blog strategy and not an editorial calendar
  • Your structured data specification. The schema your product, collection and brand pages need, written as ready-to-deploy code with a checklist your developer ticks off
  • Entity consistency. Your brand facts stated the same way on every surface an AI reads, because a brand described three different ways is a brand an AI is not confident enough to cite
  • AI crawler access review. Which AI systems can currently read your store and which are blocked, checked against the crawler directives OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Perplexity each publish. Including the distinction most brands get wrong: blocking training is not the same as blocking the search that puts you in answers
  • A monthly readout on what shipped, what your team put live, and what changed in your question set
How it is measured
  • Answer Blueprints shipped, on time, and how many days from my handoff to your team putting them live
  • I do not guarantee a citation, a ranking, or that any specific answer will include you. AI systems choose their own sources and change how they do it without telling anyone. What I control is whether your brand is the clearest, best-structured, most quotable answer available on the question. That is the lever, and it is the only one I am going to claim
What is not included
  • Any guarantee of appearing in an AI answer. No one can honestly offer that, and anyone who does is selling you something they cannot deliver
  • Deploying anything. The schema, the answer blocks and the pages ship ready to build. Your developer puts them live. I never touch your site
  • Off-site work. No PR, no link building, no guest posts, no Reddit or forum posting, no Wikipedia editing, no review site management, no paid placements or directory submissions
  • Technical SEO. Page speed, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps, redirects, canonicals, crawl budget and JavaScript rendering are not this module
  • Blog and content programs. Editorial calendars, thought leadership, founder ghostwriting and social content. This module answers buying questions, it does not run your content operation

Built for teams with a developerStructured data is code, and it has to be deployed by someone on your side. If nobody can put it live, this module produces work that never reaches an AI, and I would rather tell you that now than in month three.

Add it all up

Or you could hire the whole team yourself.

Everything BAIBE produces is work someone, somewhere, gets paid to do. Here's the team you'd assemble to cover all six modules, at what the market actually charges in 2026.

Everything starts with the Brand Audit. It is $2,500 USD, and it is 100% credited to your build fee if you sign within 15 days of your audit and 90-day roadmap presentation.

Founding clients: the first three brands receive 20% off the brand audit and the first month, in exchange for a testimonial and use as an anonymized case study in our portfolio. Then this rate is gone. Onboarding is sequential, one brand at a time, so every system gets built properly.

Read this before you book

// This is for you if

  • You run an e-commerce brand with a live store
  • You have a live product, a live site, and at least one active channel
  • Someone on your team can hit publish and send
  • You want strategy and production, not another deck that dies in a drive
  • You'd rather compound for a year than sprint for a month

// This is not for you if

  • You're pre-launch (start with the audit only)
  • You want someone to run your paid ads. I produce the ad creative, but media buying is out of scope, on purpose
  • You want raw AI output without a strategist's review
  • You have nobody to publish what gets delivered
  • You're looking for overnight virality rather than a system
Questions
Is this just AI content?

No. The system is trained on your brand, and I review every deliverable against your voice profile myself, against 17 years of brand standards. AI does production; taste does approval.

Do you post and send for us?

BAIBE delivers ready-to-publish assets: copy, creative direction, flows, calendars. Your team hits publish, and you keep your accounts, your access, your control. For email you get a full Flow Blueprint, everything needed to build the flow, plus a 30-minute walkthrough with whoever is building it. Your team turns the key.

We already have an agency.

Keep them for media buying. BAIBE is the strategy and production layer for organic, email, website, AI-search, and the ad creative your buyer runs. The part a branding agency alone averages $8,950 a month for.

How fast do we see something?

Audit in 7 business days. System live in 10 more. First Friday delivery inside three weeks of signing, while agencies are still onboarding.

What does onboarding actually look like?

All timelines are business days. Your only homework is the intake: sending over what BAIBE needs to start, which is your brand guidelines, your recent campaigns and emails, your analytics, and access to your store and email platform. The audit: 7 business days from your intake to your roadmap call. The System Build: 10 business days from build payment. BAIBE finishes learning your brand, builds your core email flows, sets your 90-day plan, and delivers your first two weeks of content by day 10. Start with the build directly and the audit happens inside those same 10 days. From there, deliveries land every Friday.

What's the commitment?

Three months to start, then month-to-month. The audit is standalone: $2,500 USD, no strings, and 100% credited to your build fee if you sign within 15 days of your roadmap presentation.

What exactly is GEO?

Generative Engine Optimization: making sure ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers recommend your brand when your customer asks. It's the new search shelf, and almost no e-commerce brand is on it yet. Ask to see the demonstration audit. The GEO section usually surprises founders.

You can keep drafting.
Or you can start compounding.

90 days from now your flows are live, your calendar is full, and your brand shows up when AI gets asked. Or it's October and the backlog looks exactly like July's. Same 90 days either way.

Book a strategy call
// P.S. if you only read one thing

The output is only as good as the input. Generic in, generic out. Luxury in, luxury out. BAIBE works because it's fed 17 years of brand standards and then trained on yours. If you can't articulate what makes your brand different, that's fine. Finding it is literally step one of the audit.
